In 2014, we provided our staff an enabling development platform and safe workplaces, operated our business in an environmentally-friendly and resource-saving manner, and made strong efforts to minimise the impact of our operations on the environment. We continued to deliver premier products and services to our customers and improve our relations with suppliers. And in the areas where we operate, we worked closely with local residents to provide programmes that meet the needs of the community.
