CITIC Pacific Special Steel is China’s largest producer of special steel.

CITIC Metal invests in mining and mineral projects, such as copper and ferroniobium, and trades commodities.

CITIC Mining International through its Australian subsidiary, CITIC Pacific Mining, has developed and operates the Sino Iron project, the largest magnetite operation in Australia.

CITIC Resources is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Its principal business is the exploration, development and production of oil. It also invests in coal mining, the import and export of commodities, aluminium smelting, bauxite mining and alumina refining.

CITIC Pacific Energy Investment invests in and manages power plants.
