Construction and Engineering

As a well-known integrated service provider of engineering projects at home and abroad, CITIC Construction engages in the construction of housing, infrastructure and industrial facilities, and proactively seeks further development in areas such as resources, energy, agriculture and ecological management. The company's domestic business mainly focuses on key national development regions such as the Jingjinji Metropolitan Region, Yangtze River Economic Belt, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle, while its overseas business mainly targets the Belt and Road countries, and expanded third-party markets with renowned companies in the United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and other countries. 

Urban Operation

Environmental Services

CITIC Environment Investment (CITIC Environment) is CITIC Limited's specialized investment and operational platform for environmental protection. Its core business covers three major sectors, including water treatment, solid waste and hazardous waste disposal, and energy saving services. In addition, in October 2022, CITIC Limited completed the streamlining of the environmental protection business, and CITIC Engineering became a wholly-owned subsidiary of CITIC Environment.

Infrastructure

CITIC Limited's infrastructure business includes the investment in and management of ports and port terminals as well as regional developments in China through CITIC Industrial Investment. CITIC Limited also has an interest in the Western Harbour Tunnel in Hong Kong.

Healthcare

The healthcare business is operated and managed through CITIC Pacific and CITIC Industrial Elderly Care. CITIC Pacific mainly engages in medical and elderly care services, as well as medical equipment distribution. Adhering to China's strategy for integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, CITIC Industrial Elderly Care focuses on the market-oriented and high-quality chain institutional elderly care service business that integrates medical and elderly care resources, with expansion through self-built operations and M&A.

General Aviation

A leading company in the aviation industry, CITIC Offshore Helicopter (COHC) operates a full-service general aviation business with comprehensive capabilities, and is the first and only main-board listed company (000099.SZ) in the general aviation industry in China. COHC is also the only company in China that has won the General Aviation Safety Four Stars Award. COHC's range of offshore and onshore services spans offshore oil air services, air emergency rescue, aircraft maintenance, port navigation-support, offshore wind power and drone operation.

Property Development, Operation and Management

CITIC Pacific Properties focuses on developing and investing in mixed-use and commercial properties, and mid-to high-end residential properties. CITIC Urban Development & Operation specialises in urban renewal and development operations.
